Essay

The status of the basic parts of regulation of gomeokinesis at the patients using drugs with viral hepatitis is investigated. Dependent from a doze of the immune suppression and cytotoxicity influence of opium and derivatives of opium is investigated. It is shown, that in comparison with the patients, not using drugs, with viral hepatitis, at the patients, using drugs, the sharp activation of proteolysis and lipid peroxidation, insufficiency of system of antiproteolytical protection and antistressful systems, cells immune deficiency, activation of interferongenesis, high level of the hepatic fibrogenesis and development of malignisation takes place. The negative influence of the abstinence on pathogenesis of viral hepatitis with high probability of the fatal outcome is proved. The necessity of application of the replaceable therapy of the agonist of opium receptors at the patients, using drugs with viral hepatitis is proved. The modes and dozes of application of the interferonogens are optimized. Theexpediency of application of the glucocorticoids at the patients using drugs with viral hepatitis is proved and the optimum modes and dozes of their use are offered.
