Melnyk N. Structure of some organs of nervous and immune systems in demyelination and remyelination conditions.

The dissertation is devoted to research of morphological changes of central nervous (CNS) and immune systems organs in demyelination, remyelination conditions and immunity tropic of influences ?-interferon-1а (preparation " Rebif ") and laser irradiation (LI). It had been demonstrated on rats that in case of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis neuron's bodies in CNS had reactive and distractive changes. The injection of preparation "Rebif" and the LI use don't influence the normalization of neuron bodies at the early period of research, but at the advanced period of investigation these procedures improve the condition of neuron bodies and myelin of neurons filaments. The fact that the preparation was used for a long period of time contributed to normalizing the lobules structure of thymus and white pulp of spleen.The ?-interferon-1а has proved to be more effective in remyelination than that of LI.
