Complex cliniko-epidemiologikal, experimental-psychological, cliniko-psychopathology, cliniko-patopsychological researches of neurotic disorders among the children of the large industrial region of Donbass is fulfilled. Cliniko-epidemiologikaly research was conducted by reprezentative selection pupils 5 - 7 forms (11-13 years) of Donetsk schools. The results of complex cliniko-paraklinikaly research reflect of the examining information inspections 208 children. It is set, that a 1/3 inspected contingent of children has neurotic disorders expresed in different degree. The quantity of neurotic disorders increases in connection because of the aggravation of ecological situation, worsening of standard of living of population and rise of level of urbanization on the whole. The factors of forming of neurotic disorders at children are studied, their description is given and set degree of influencing. The cliniko-paraclinikaly analysis of basic forms of neurotic disorders with children is carried out, the state of the vegetative nervous system is studied. It is set, that for each of the studied neurotic disorders the clinical and vegetative markers of unfavorable drift under influencing of definite factors with which the negative dynamics of the given disorders consists of the differentiated causal communication take place. The row of theoretico-methodological positions in relation to age psychopathology, patopsychologicaly is specified, a formal - organizational restructuring is made. Conceptual organization of patopsihologicheskih syndromes is offered. The program of medical-rehabilitation measures and estimation of their efficiency is created and inculcated. Offered complex, system approach turned out effective and rational.
