Essay

A general theory for numerical and analytical analysis of simulation and optimization problems of linear distributed systems being under singular influences is developed. An approach for generalized solvability of the linear systems is originated. To prove optimization and controllability properties of the nonclassical linear systems (pseudoparabolic, pseudohyperbolic, Sobolev's, general wave systems, parabolical systems with insertions), the approach is applied. A complex of numerical algorithms for approximate solution of optimal control problem of the linear systems with singular influents is elaborated and studied.
