Lazor V. Problems of legal regulation of the labour disputes and conflicts in conditions of forming of market relations in Ukraine.

The author of this thesis investigates the features of legal regulations of the labour disputes and the conflicts in conditions of market relations in Ukraine, the following law terms "labour dispute" and "labour conflict" are differentiated, their legal nature, reasons of these terms origin, principles of settlement and preventive measures at present stage are considered. The Labour Law of Ukraine currently in force is analysed, its legal comparison and analysis with the norms of foreign and international law is carried out. The thesis gives detailed research of the individual labour disputes and conflicts, their possible ways of the trial decisions. Some offers improving the procedure of consideration are grounded. Detailed legal analysis of the labour disputes and conflicts is presented. The author gives a number of suggestions directed to improve the procedure of consideration of collective labour disputes and conflicts. Organization of strikes in national legal system are worked out and introduced.
