Vdovenko S. Organizational, legal and regulatory mechanisms of mutual relations between the Ukrainian State and foreign Ukrainians

The object is the relationship of the Ukrainian state with the foreign Ukrainians. The objective is the development of the theoretical principles and views to the development of the relationship of the Ukrainian state with the foreign Ukrainians, scientific justification of the role rise in the formation of the relationship formation of the organizational and agreement and regulation mechanisms. The methods are systematic and functional, historical and retrospective, complex corporative, comparative, modernization, modification, situational, extrapolation. The newness is that it has been for the first time stated that the investigation of the relationship of the Ukrainian state with the foreign Ukrainians, mechanisms of its realization means the break even of the scientific investigation in the public administration; it has also been stated that the main mechanisms of the relationship formation of the Ukrainian state with the foreign Ukrainians are the organizational and agreement and regulation mechanisms. The results are that the theoretical approaches have been improved to the mechanisms understanding of the Ukrainian population unity according to the identity traits, self identification, self organization, motivation, self assessment, managerial influence from the side of the public organs; the indicators that are responsible for the development of the political, social, economic, political situation in Ukraine have been scientifically highlighted.
