The thesis is devoted to the issues of improving the efficacy of combined treatment in cervical cancer (CC) patients. The methods of neoadjuvant treatment with using the modified (5-fluoracyl) radiotherapy, intra-arterial polychemotherapy are evaluated in morphological and clinical responses and increasing the tumor resectability in locally advanced CC. The surgical method of ovary preserving technique in combined treatment of young CC pts is developed and is shown, that using of this method doesn’t worsen the efficacy of specialized treatment and improve the quality of life. The adjuvant chemo radiotherapy in locally advanced and regional metastatic disease decreases the frequency of distant metastases on 10, 4%, but doesn’t influence on loco regional recurrence. The correlation between quantity of VEGF in plasma of CC pts and stage of disease is evaluated and showed the exponential decreasing of VEGF after surgical removing of tumor. The method of regional selective intraarterial polychemotherapy inCC recurrence is used and revealed the pain-control and improving the pts’ quality of life.
