Essay

The Dissertation studies the problem of production of asphalt concrete mix with high technical properties based on resource saving that means the use of the cheapest materials (wastes of production in major fields of economy in Ukraine), the least expen-sive production technologies and the most effective design methods (mathematical simulation, optimization). The author offers to control asphalt concrete mix structure with the help of carbonate rock crushing wastes, bitumen-tar polymeric binder and optimization using mathematical models of grain compounds of mineral frames, content of mineral powder, bitumen and its penetration. Physico-chemical properties of optimum compounds of asphalt concrete mix have been studied. New formations have been found in aging bitumen under the action of a number of industrial pulverulent silica wastes.
