The thesis is devoted to questions of rising effectiveness of diagnostic,treatment,prophylactics and prognosis of acute glomerulonephritis (GN) with nephritic syndrome and based on clinical,laboratory and morphological investigations.The parameters of acute GN with nephritic syndrome prognosis in children and the mathematical model of disease chronization were set up.On the basis of clinical, functional and structural characteristics of acute GN the new therapeutic tactic was grounded.The efficiency new therapeutic tactics has shown.
