Essay

The dissertation deals with questions of changes of microecology for patients with chronic inflammatory diseases of intestine and colon and persons with colon cancer. The bacterial factor is a major link in a colon carcinogenesis. Among the symbionts of the large intestine, it's Escherichiae that possess the best genetic and microecilogical plasticity. Cultural, biochemical, antigenic, adhesive, morphological properties and spectre of plasmids of E.coli were studied on the submicroscopic level. No isolated resistant to ampicillin were found among isolated, which were selected from normal tissue. The study of Escherichia plasmide spectre showed that tumor isolated have the tendency to form multiple plasmide complexes. For oncologic patients more often was supervised isolation of opportunistic enterobacteria. For persons this group the increase of frequency of isolation of Bacteroides and Clostridium is marked. The differences in specific composition of Bacteroides by persons with tumour in comparison with control group are marked. The risk of tumor development for such ills is increased on replacement the typical for an intestine biotope bacteriaa to the microorganisms with reduced biochemical activity.
