Object - mental frustration and military-medical examination of employees of law enforcement bodies; a method - social-demographic, clinic-psychopathological, experimental-psychological, psichophysiological, mathematic-statistical; novelty - features of mental frustration at employees of law-enforcement bodies at various stages of their professional work are investigated and systematized; tactics of psychiatric selection and military-medical examination is investigated, the data on influence of operation time in conditions of chronic emotional stress and a level stress of stability of employees of militia on probability of occurrence of mental frustration are analyzed; the new data allowing are received to specify motives, vital circumstances and person-psychological factors which precede the completed forms of suicide behavior of employees of law-enforcement bodies; Result - the received data have allowed to improve diagnostic, psycho-preventive and expert help to employees of militia with mental frustration at different stages of their professional work; introduction - in practice of military-medical commissions Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, pedagogical process of faculties of psychiatry; branch-medicine.
