Essay

Based on complex investigation of myocardial function significant systolic and diastolic function impaiments have been found as eccentric and concentric left ventricle hypertropfy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with ischemic heart disease and concentric left ventricle hypertrophy followed by hypertonic disease. Investigation of peripheral hemodynamics particularities and endothelial dysfunction in patients with diabetes mellitus showed marked blood circulation exchange both macro and microcirculatory level.Methods of treatment have been developed. Investigation of invalidism due to diabetes mellitus showed its increasing during last 5 years, associated with cardiovascular diseases in particular. So, development of individual rehabilitation programme has become necessary during out-patient, in-patient therapy and treatment at health resorts and sanatoria.
