Essay

This dissertation is devoted to mathematical models creation, tools and optimization algorithms in big transport complexes' logistic management, using progressive information technologies. Logistic approach to actual tasks on transport processes organization and different transport type cooperation is defined. Actual and important for Ukrainian economic problems of transport effectiveness improve and total logistic cost decrease are solved. Analytic and algorithmic tools are created, using logistic approach, mathematical models ideas and methods, mathematical programming, automation theory, queues theory. Mentioned tools enabled several transport enterprises to increase economical indicators substantially, by means of progressive logistics-based management technologies implementation in the transportation systems, ensuring the scientifically verified management decision making under uncertain conditions.
