Essay

The paper contains complex research on substance of transformation of commercial banks' activity in state economy under conditions of market principles development of its functioning. It substantiates the ways of development of economical-institutional bases of restructuring and reorganizing of commercial banks, the conditions of ensuring their stable financial state, conceptual ways of estimating bank's economical safety. It studies the place and significance of banks in forming and developing of financial-industrial associations, works out propositions on incentives for such integral processes in domestic practice. It finds out the influence of globalization processes on character and forms of transformation of bank's activity and the role of banking system in integration of Ukraine into worldwide financial market.
