Object: patients with PH. Purpose: to increase the MRI diagnostic efficacy of the PH by the parameters of the CVS conditions determination. Methods: MRI, echocardiography. Novelty and results: methods of the PA volume pressure determination, myocardial mass estimation, MRI criteria of the CPH and its variants were developed. CVS changes in AH, developmental anomaly, intracardial neoplasms were estimated. The increase of diagnostic efficacy of the PH was achieved. Method was introduced in the six hospitals. It is recommended using in the radiology and cardiology.
