Essay

The present dissertation paper is devoted to clinical psychopathological pathopsychology diagnostics, to study neurochemical mechanisms of pathogenesis, features of brains neurodynamics at simple and paranoid schizophrenia forms viewed at adolescents and adults taken in an age aspect. Studying of clinical features has enabled an allocation of initial period syndromes, clinical psychopathological features of paranoid, simplex disorders . For the first time in the paper pathopsychological age studying of functions of thinking, memory, attention, intelligence, emotional state, a self-estimation with allocation of characteristic syndromes was examined. Pathogenetic neurochemical mechanisms of schizophrenia taken in age aspect with definition of a role of disorders in an exchange of catecholamines, indolamin, and also beta-endorphins development of various forms of disease are developed. Neurodynamics brains features are shown while taking into account changes of frequency characteristics, spectral capability and disorders of rhythms electroencephalography regional distribution are highlit.
