Object of research: processes of functioning of the systems of informative service in the management of complex economic objects. Purpose of research: to develop theoreti-cal and methodological measures and conceptual principles of economic and mathematical modelling of processes of creation and functioning of the systems of informative ser-vice for expansion of targeting market and increase the effi-ciency of decisions making in the management of complex economic objects. Methods of research: theory of systems analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, mathematical statistics, func-tional analysis, neuromathematics, reengineering, active sys-tems, management, marketing, investments, logistic and modern information technologies.
