The dissertation is devoted to the pathogenesis, structure, diagnosis, prognostication and correction of biliary disorders, according to the results of the examined (n=284) children, by reveaiation of pathophtsioiogical changes that testify the biliary disorders' probability and working out the schemes of correction in children, who were ill with viral hepatitis A. The problem of prognostication development of initial biliary disorders and were improve methods of reabilitation in children-reconvalescents of viral hepatitis A. The most characteristic echoscopic signs, bile and immunologicai values were determined for different variants of viral hepatite course. New data on correlations between cholestasis, inflammation and lithogenesis factors were obtained. The factor model of biliary disorders development as viral hepatite outcomes was built. The mathematical aigorhythm of intergroup discrimination have been created. The clinical-paraclinical findings for characteristics of different forms of biliarydisorders were distinguished. The complex of differentia! pathogenefic therapy in children with biliary disorders was substantiated and tested. There were defined the basic principles of clinical observation of children with biliary disorders, who got over viral hepatite A in the past.
