the object - patients with the malignant tumours of jaw-facial region; the aims to increase of efficiency medical treatment of regionarnih metastases of malignant tumours of jaw-facial region by development of the improved methods of operations; the methods - anatomic, histological, clinical, instrumental, statistical; the new is the study done a tecnique of investiganting the closure with fascial plates containing the lymphatic nodes of anatomical formations of the neck anterior triangle was developed; a fascial plate separating the content of the carotid tranglе; the outcomes - four highly effective techniques of lymphadenectomy embracing the whole spectrum of regional metastatic spreading of maxillofacial malignant tumours were described and put in practice.
