The dissertation is devoted to the very important scientific and application problem namely the investment provision of the stable development of telecommunications branch in Ukraine. The organizational and economic mechanism for the investment provision of telecommunications domain on the basis of the modern economic development model was developed. The scientific and reasonable system of pricing (tariff) strategy of economic growth of the telecommunications domain was formulated.
