The main thesis of dissertation presents the results of a complex study of the clinical, morphological, metabolic, cytokine, hormonal, hemostasis, hemodynamic aspects of different variants of current of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease depending on the degree of insulin resistance. A new conception of pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, the criteria of diagnostics, programmes of the differentiated therapy were developed. Expediency of using of glutargin, acethylcystein and rosiglitazon in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatosis and chronic steatohepatitis was substantiated.
