the object - patients with the chronic catarrhal gingivitis and generalized periodontitis; the aims to increase of efficiency prevention and medical treatment parodontal diseases on the basis of study of patogenetic role of alimentar factor and development of the system; the methods - clinical, morphological, biochimical, statistical; the new is was determined that one of the main links of periodontium diseases pathogenesis was combination of oxidant stress and NO-dependent endothelial disfuncti; the outcomes - differential approach to prevention and therapeutic interventions with the account of homeostatic characteristics and alimentary state of the patient was developed.
