Object of the study is investment processes in condition of the shaping institute market economies in Ukraine. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions, methodical basis and practical recommendation on shaping institutional to models of the financing the investment process. Methods of research are system approach, direct capitalization, correlation-regression analysis, grouping, accounting and rating of the estimation, estimations holistic property complex. Theoretical and practical results: development scientifically-methodical basis to shaping institutional to models of the financing the investment process and its introduction in practical. Novelty is methodological deepening conceptual basis and motivation scientifically-methodical recommendation on shaping institutional to models of the financing the investment process. Degree of the introduction by: Committee on questions finance and bank activity Verkhovna Rada (Parlament) of Ukraine, Main governing the Pension fund of the Ukraine in Donetsk area, Regional branch of the Fund state property Ukraine in Donetsk area, State committee of the Ukraine with questions regulation politicians and enterprise Donetsk area. Branch of application is organs of state management, commercial banks, insurance companies, pension funds, enterprises of the real sector of the economy.
