Essay

In the dissertation the scientific and technical problem of increase of produc-tivity surfacing works, quality surfacing metal, maintenance of required wear resis-tance and economy of material resources is solved on the basis of development of methods of calculation, and also development of technological recommendations. The complex of mathematical models and software by the automated calcu-lation and designing of technology of process of manufacturing of the powder tape, taking into account features of the existing technological circuit and the require-ments showed to quality of a ready electrode is developed. Mathematical models of a thermal condition of a start of a powder tape and the powder wire, allowing to find temperature in any point of an electrode. The program-methodical complex for calculation of technological parame-ters of process surfacing and structure of a powder electrode is developed.
