Essay

The thesis is devoted to improvement of diagnostics, medically-rehabilitation measures, directed on the increase of efficiency of treatment, warning of intensifying and progressing URA. In the process of inspection the features of URA flow are discovered at the children of different age groups. There were exposed some features of the structurally-functional state of bone tissue, were discovered certain enhanceable levels of autoantibodies to most tissues antigens, the level of cytokines (neopterin, TNF, IL-10) in a blood and synovia. In work the therapeutic algorithm of URA is presented, which includes the differentiated setting of base therapy, NAIP, glucocorticoids, antiresorbtive preparations, taking into account a form, activity, flow of disease which to prevent intensifying of pathological process, considerably improves a prognosis of URA.
