Dissertation is devoted development of models and methods of construction of the automated systems of technological preparation of industrial enterprises on the base of modern technologies of informations in area of automation of management. Methodology of construction of the systems, methods of management technological preparation, is developed, multiagent expert subsystem of management the distributed systems. Methods, algorithms and programmatic facilities which provide automation of processes of technological preparation of the extended productions, are developed.
