Dissertation concerns the issues of the pathogeny background and working out the system of diagnostics, prognostication, prophylactics and treatment of the perinatal polysystem pathology in children from mothers with recurrent endocrine miscarriage.The biochemical markers, which have the principal meaning for the early diagnostics of the hypoxic disorders diagnostic, were determined. The algorhythm of the determination of the metabolic adaptation phase and prognostication of the perinatal polysystem pathology in newborns from mothers with recurrent endocrine miscarriage was created. The pathogenic oriented differentiated complex of the treatment, prophylactic and rehabilitation for the children from mothers with recurrent endocrine miscarriage was scientifically based and worked out, and its efficacy has been proved.
