Alisov E. The Problems of Legal Regulations of the Money Circulation in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the problems of legal regulations of the money circulation in Ukraine. The author has defined the notion of the financial and legal institute of the money circulation and the subject of its regulation – social relation, which arise in the sphere of organization and functioning of the continuous motion of money in the economy of the country. The issues of essence, indications and structure of the money circulation as a subject of the financial and legal regulation are researched in the work. The author has also researched the problems of the formation and development of the monetary system of Ukraine as an organizational and legal form of the money circulation, its composition and structure, the stages and peculation of carrying out of money reform in Ukraine. The proposals concerning the perfection of the corresponding normative acts have been formulated by the author
