The dissertation gives solving of the actual problem of increase of trustworthiness of measurement results accuracy estimation. The bases of the reliable estimation of uncertainty of the basic varieties of measurements for the will laws of distributions taking into account the possible correlation are considered. The set of recommendations on the listed problems solving, which includes the methods of estimation of the expanded uncertainty and technology of drawing up the uncertainty budget is developed.
