Furman V. Insurance market in Ukraine: problems of establishment and development strategy

The processes of establishment and development strategy of Ukrainian insurance market. The development of the theoretical and methodological grounds of the Ukrainian insurance market forming in conditions of market economy and basing the ways to its strategic development. The methodological base of research is a dialectic method of scientific study and systematic approach to researching economic and social phenomenon’s, specifically fundamental principles of economic theory, macro-, microeconomics, economic analysis and forecasting, theory of finance, management. The methods of scientific abstractions, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, historical and other methods of social-economic phenomenon’s, objects and processes study have been used. Nature, content and admissions of state regulation of insurance market is specified; creation of Ukrainian center of loss adjustment has been proposed; ways to improve human resources politics on insurance market in Ukraine have been defined, methodological grounds of insurance companies strategy development have been prepared. Theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific program as to development grounds of formation and strategic development of insurance market in Ukraine have been given. Implemented. Was used in work of state institutions, self regulated organizations, insurance companies and in study process.
