The dissertation presents the theoretical grounds and new solution of the scientific problem to increase the efficiency of sanitary rehabilitation measures in the children with the disordered adaptation capacities of the organism on the basis of the profound study of the pathogenic mechanisms of their formation, development of the early diagnosis methods and individualized approaches to sanogenetic correction considering the resistance state and prognosis.The application of the proposed methodics favors the 2.5 fold reduced annual incidence and duration of the acute respiratory diseases episodes , as well as prolongates the remission period and prevents the septic inflammatory complications.
