Financial system of Ukraine as an aggregate of related spheres and links, which mediate the GDP cost motion processes and mark the base of needs guaranteeing for socio-economic country development. Determination of financial system basis founding and functioning, interests concordance mechanisms for separate subjects of financial relations and criterions of optimum correlation in separate constituents development of financial system. Methods: dialectics and historical method, system approach, analogy and quantitative and qualitative comparison, analysis and synthesis and graphic methods of research. It was investigated the essence, structuring basis and functioning mechanism of financial system, defined financial contradictions and system methods of its equilibration. It was systematized the models of financial relations in society and tools of financial influence on tempos and proportions of socio-economic development. It was effectuated a system analysis of microeconomics functioning financial guaranteeing on estimation base of financial economy potential and Ukrainian bank system, specified the notion of financial resources and offered indexes characterizing its scopes. It was investigated the conversion processes in financial system of Ukraine in transformational period and set the tasks and directions of structurally-integrated financial policy.
