Tykhomyrov A. Legal Comparativistics: Philosophical-methodological bases

In the dissertation the research of genesis of comparative jurisprudence in the context of occurrence and development of comparative researches in social humanitarian sciences is carried out in philosophical-legal and methodological aspects. The author's understanding of legal comparativistics as the stage of development of comparativistic jurisprudence in conditions of a modern science and post-postmodernism, its philosophical bases, features, subject and methodological communications with legal and comparative sciences, peculiarity of display in a legal reality are elaborated. The methodology of legal comparativistics is considered as a complex phenomenon, which depends on outlook, the type of scientific thinking, paradigms and covers subject and methodological knowledge, methodological approaches, methods and other components. The understanding of a comparative method as a set of the methods of researches "not one" object with the purpose of revealing general, general various and unique between thelegal phenomena are founded.
