Fris P. Criminal-legal policy of the Ukrain

The scientific bases of criminal-legal policy are laid out in dissertation, as component part and system element of general policy of the Ukrainian state in the field of fight against criminality. Concepts, maintenance, sources, types and principles of criminal-legal policy, its place among other constituents of policy in the field of fight against criminality are analysed. It is also analysed history of forming of criminal-legal policy on different stages of national creation of the state. It is lighted intercommunication and influence of criminal-legal policy to other elements of policy in the field of fight against criminality - criminal-procedure, criminally-executive and criminology (prophylactic) policy. Some questions of realization of criminal-legal policy through application of criminal right are laid out, also the author analyses problems of its efficiency. The basic directions of criminalization and decriminalization of acts and problem questions which are related to development of norms andinstitutes of General part of Criminal code of Ukraine are considered.
