In the dissertation the scientific and technical problem is considered - organization of systems of processing and recognition of the images on a basis of cellular aperiodical neuroautomats. The methodological approach for research of parallel processes at recognition of the images in cell environment, which takes into account their structural hierarchy in dynamics are developed. The methods, models, algorithms, software and hardware for effective processing and recognition of digital data are developed.
