Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of diagnostic and treatment of patients with ulcerative colitic (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). Early symptoms and pathogenic mechanisms such as, morphological, immune, metabolic, colonic microbiocenosis disturbances in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) were investigated. On this background the diagnostic algorithm was proposed. The criteria of differential diagnosis, the index of inflammatory activity, the evaluation of effectiveness of treatment UC and CD were determined.
