Characterization of remote period within 0.05-7 Sv dose range radiation effects on hemopoiesis and microenvironment in 800 patients provided from morphological/functional, cultural, immune-genetic and molecular-genetic studies results. Peculiarities of ARS course in close and remote periods upon Chernobyl accident are defined. Characterization of remote period of ionizing radiation on hemopoietic system in dose range 10-30 cSv among patients with oncohematological disorders of myeloid and lymphoid types are presented. The patterns of oncohematology pathology forming are established. The risk groups of hemopoietic malignancies were selected with elaboration of algorithms of curative and prophylactic tools for the Chernobyl NPP health consequences mitigation.
