Object - the processes of organization and management of innovative activity in industrial sector of the Ukrainian economy. Purpose - development of a complex of theoretical and methodological approaches to strategic management and development of innovative activity in industrial production. Method - the system analysis, economic-mathematical modelling of synergic representations, logic generalizations and program-target planning of computer science, the theory of expert systems. The new solving of scientific problem of creating scientific-methodological bases of the organization and management of innovative activity development in industrial production at the equal enterprises, region and the state. Result of the work in the form of theoretical generalizations, practical recommendations, criteria, administrative decisions and information parameters successfully applied at the research financial institutions, research economic institute, Kherson regional state administration, Ministry of Education andScience, associations of municipal enterprises "Donetskoblvodokanal", JSC "Central mining and concentrating integrated plant" and in educational processes. Area - economy, industrial technologies, innovative processes in goods manufacture and service section.
