Essay

In dissertation the syndromes peculiarities of the course of leptospirosis in patients with associated pathology are given. The changes in clinical laboratory indices in patients with leptospirosis associated with hyperthyrosis, hypothyrosis, diabetes mellitus, chronic alcoholism are given too. Main differences in the course of leptospirosis with associated pathology are shown. High efficiency of such treatment in patients with leptospirosis associated with different pathology is shown: in case of leptospirosis associated with hyperthyrosis - by adding glutargin to the the basic treatment; in case of leptospirosis associated with hypothyrosis - by adding Urolesanum; in case of leptospirosis associated with diabetes mellitus - by adding Urolesanum and singlet oxygen therapy; in patients with leptospirosis associated with chronic alcoholism - by adding glutargin and singlet oxygen therapy. in case of leptospirosis.
