Solovyov V. Innovation Activity as System Process in Competition Economy.

Actual issues of the theory and practice of innovational activity (as system process in competitive economy) are considered in this monograph. Base idea of work - revealing synergetic effects, which are, took place during economic growth. Methodology of an innovational policy as key factor of social and economic development of the state in a transition period is developed. Organizational and normative principles of reduction of techno-genetic risk in conditions of realization of innovational model of economic development are specified. Application of information models of effective realization of a mental potential in a context of construction of innovational economy are proved. New methodological and organizational principles of technology transfer management are proposed in view of global tendencies of building of the international networks of transfer of innovations. New approaches to the effective organization of examination of objects of innovational activity are offered in context of the international and domestic experience. Methodological bases of construction of an estimation system of innovation efficiency are further developed. The methods of formalization of innovational processes and intellectualization of innovational development at different functional levels are proposed.
