Object: patients with Breast Cancer. Purpose: to increase the efficacy of сombined therapy of рatients with вreast сancer. Methods: clinical,laboratoryсal, morpholoqical,immunological,statistical,US, X-ray. Novelty and results: Dissertation is devoted to the problem of enhancing the efficacy of combined therapy of patients with breast cancer.New methods of anticancer therapy (the effective methods of presurgical thermoradiotherapy,selective intraarterial polychemotherapy, tumor cryodestruction аnd antitumor autovaccine therapy are developed. Correlation between the degree of vascularization of breast tumors and the course of the disease has been revealed. The expediency for application of the developed new and optimized existing methods of anticancer therapy has been confirmed and algorithms for combined therapy of patients with breast cancer have been determined.gIt is recommended using in the oncology,radiology.
