Subject – patients’ dentures with partial teeth absence; aim – introduction of unified diagnostic system and planning of prosthetic rehabilitation of dentures with partial teeth absence using implant supported fixed prostheses; methods – analitical, mathematical, radiographic, clinical, epidemiologic, statistical; novelty – system of new approaches to diagnostics of partial defectes, definition of indications and prognosis for dentures prosthesing with implant supported fixed prostheses were grounded; results – criteria for differential diagnostics of dentures’ deffects were defined and algorithms of prosthetic structure choice considering adjacent to the defect teeth status were developed; introduced – into practical health care and studying process, field – dentistry.
