Tymoshenko V. Forming of the System of National and International Counteracting Modern Drug-trafficking

The work gives a complex conceptual and theoretical analysis of modern drug-trafficking; the theoretical model of integral system of national and international counteracting drug-related crimes has been developed and proposed. The research of the problem mentioned above has been conducted on the basis of the new methodological paradigm developed by the author, namely on the integrity of the systematic-structural and dialectical approaches to understanding modern phenomena and counteracting criminal activity. The dissertation provides theoretical and conceptual development of the strategy of preventing international and national drug-trafficking activity, generalization of the experience of counteracting this activity. Modern drug-trafficking as social (anti-social) phenomenon has gone through major metamorphosis for the latest decades, its evolution, that resembles the development of manufactory into modern monopolies-conglomerates, being from the illusory way of satisfying private individual means tothe way of exerting negative influence on the humankind on the world scale. Modern drug-trafficking has become one of major challenges to the existence of the civilization.
