Object – process of representation of images in telecommunication systems; the purpose – creation of methodology and methods of compression for the increase of degree of compact presentation of images, with a different saturation by shallow details without bringing of error and for the decline of time of treatment and data communication in the telecommunication systems on the basis of binomial-polyadical conception; methods –methods of the statistical theory of communication, methods of information and combinator theory; novelty is theoretical bases of binomial-polyadical conception of videoinformation, methods of compression and image regenerations without bringing of error on the basis of the three-dimensional truncated liaison of binomial-polyadical conception in the floating mode; results – developed programmatic are hardware representations of methods of compact presentation of images due to binomial-polyadical conception.
