In animals from ecologycally unfavourable zone the alveoli walls have reactive changes in 30 days, in 60 days - dystrofic-distructive and in 90 days - compensatory-adapted processes. In peritonitis the edema of aerohematic barrier appears in 30 min after the experiment beginning. In later terms (3-24 hours) dystrofic-distructive changes are prevalent the activity of surfactant sharply decreases.
