Essay

An object is synthesis technology of effective anticorrosion fillers that are made from vegetable wastes; used methods: corrosion, adsorption, impedance researches, IR-, mass, Auger- and visible specters spectroscopy, biochemical, simplex planning; novelty - firstly chemical compositions of fruit stone raw materials were discovered as well as mechanisms of rust transformation and of coatings' protective properties increasing at fillers input were found; the possibility of anticorrosion efficiency increasing of raw was proved to due to it's modification by the method of dry mechanic-chemical inoculation of N-containing compounds; the method of comparative tests of fillers efficiency having rust converting properties was developed; taking into consideration the synergetic character of interaction of developed fillers with traditional pigments the ecologically friendly mixtures for coatings was scientifically ground; results - the anticorrosive filler from fruit stone raw material was developed for paint-varnish coatings, which are intending for rust surface painting (patent of Ukraine №37536); fillers manufacture is organized on the "Reisos" enterprise, 9 paint-varnish factories in Ukraine and Russia use developed filler; industry branches - paint-varnish industry, metallurgy, power production and many other.
