Based on comparing of aggressive and protective factors of esophagogastroduodenal zone mucosa in 401 patients with aciddepended diseases there were formulated 4 types of its protective reactions (compensatory, hyperreactive, hyporeactive, decompensative) and there was proved their connection with disorder of functioning neurohumoral and immune systems of regulation. It made possible to elaborate the differential approaches to treatment of patients and to confirm their high efficiency.
