Musyka P. Forming and developing of the innovation activity in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy

Object of the study: subjects and structures innovation activity of the agrarian sector with different property categories, as well as forming mechanism of innovation enterprise. Purpose of the study: is concluded in motivation and deepening theorist-methodological and practical bases of shaping and developments innovation activity of the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy in market condition, improvement organizing-economic mechanism of the development innovation business structures, which have provided the formation social-oriented market agrarian economy of the world standard. Methods: sociological, structured-functional, empirical studies, collection to information, analysis document, study of the statistics. Theoretical and practical results: are concluded in complex approach to decision of the strategic questions when shaping and development to new model of innovation systems, in which one of the key roles play the innovation structures that provide horizontal and vertical ligaments between subject of innovation activity, promote the speedup of transfer knowledge's and spreading technology. Scientific novelty: For the first time: is scientifically motivated need of the shaping and developments of innovation business activity in agrarian sector of the economy of the Ukraine as the main segment market innovation, is revealed its economic essence as systems of the economic relations between producer of innovation product and its consumer on cause of the creation market innovation in Ukraine, outlined parameters of its influence upon effectiveness conduct facilities. It is advanced: methodical approaches to shaping organizing-legal structures of innovation activity in agrarian sector of the economy of the Ukraine. Have found the following development: methods of the formation and developments mechanism to integrations regional scientific agroindustrial complex in condition of foreign economic activity on base of the international agreements scientifically-technological-technical cooperation. Degree ofthe introduction: results of the studies are used: Ministry agrarian policy of Ukraine, Ukrainian academician of the agrarian sciences, Lvivskoy regional state administration, enterprises of Lvivskoy area. Efficiency: introduction in practical person scientifically-applied developments of the author will promote to shaping and development of innovation activity in agrarian sector of the economy of the Ukraine.
