Essay

Questions of construction, synthesis and integration of atomization information-analytical systems of bodies of the government (АIАS) are investigated. The important scientifically-applied problem of construction of models and development of architecture and requirements to components of a new class of control systems is solved. In a basis of methodology of construction АIАS it is necessary new conceptual model which is based on paradigms of an openness of authority and adaptive authority. The complex information model of processes of functioning of authority, universal architecture and approaches to construction of components АIАS, in particular systems of information resources, telecommunications, a hardware-software complex, safety, etc. are developed. The offered concept is realized in the form of methodical, instructive and other materials. The basic results have found introduction at creation АIАS of several bodies of the government.
