Ugnenko Y. Methodology of designing of reconstruction of highways in view of ecological parameters

Object of research: system " a Highway - transport flow - environment ". The purpose of research: development of methodology of designing of reconstruction of highways for maintenance of ecological safety of the projects on the basis of criterion of decrease of a level parametrical pollution of environmental natural environment in various conditions of operation of highways. Methods of research and equipment: the development of general methodology of increase of ecological safety of the civil-engineering designs and reconstruction of highways was carried out with application of methods of the system analysis, which have allowed to generate structure and logic organization of researches and to develop model of functioning of system " a Highway - transport flow - environment ", which takes into account features of the basic processes of system, feedback and communication with an environment. Teoretikal and practical results: the methodology of an estimation of ecological safety of the projects of reconstruction of highways on a basis of the approach to definition of a level parametrical of pollution of environmental natural environment is developed in view of conditions of operation of highways. Degree of introduction. The results of the executed researches are introduced in a State service of highways of Ukraine: in organizations at designing reconstruction and advanced overhaul of highways with development of the projects of organization of construction; in road-building organizations at reconstruction of highways.
